The Mouans-Sartoux Book Festival is a dazzling melting pot of culture, bringing together writers, poets, philosophers, sociologists, scientists, politicians and citizens alike.
All aspects of the spoken and written word and free expression: images, relevant music, theatre, readings, shouted out, whispered, and first and foremost FREELY expressed -
all of this and more features in the festival. Every year, over 50,000 people travel to the festival to learn more about new books and authors and to take part in the 50 debates,
discussions and film screenings on social themes. World developments, human rights, women's rights, humanism, ecological transitions, youth, new areas of solidarity
and community change - all of these topics are covered in exchanges that are often lively, to say the least!
